Being a retired professional boxer I taking training seriously. I like to train you hard to take you to the next level whether you train for enjoyment or professionaly. I enjoy training myself and training other people and get a buzz from watching my clients progress.
I started boxing at the age of 21 where I learnt how to work hard with the best results. I trained 7 days (sometimes!) a week so I understand how hard it can be to achieve the results you require, but with hard work and commitment I can help you acheive your goals.
Those of you that know me will know my saying "if you believe, you can achieve". I drill this into all my clients whether you are training for a profession, to lose weight or just for pleasure.
Just remember, whether you are young, middle-aged or one of our mature types, exercise is a basic requirement that allows the body to function easier whatever the task you undertake.
